Fairy Godmothers

This American Red Cross benefit is delectable.

Published on December 14, 2006

Once upon a time, a friend lost everything in a fire. After that, he always said that fairy godmothers are hardest to find when you need them the most, which is why American Red Cross benefit events like Delectables for Disaster are so important.

Tonight starting at 5 p.m., swoop down to Annie and Rutt Bridges' loft in the Denver Dry Tea Room, 1555 California Street, Suite 500, for live music, hors d'oeuvre and desserts. The cost of admission is $50 online, $60 at the door, and includes a chance to win two round-trip tickets on Frontier Airlines. For more information, go to www.denver-redcross.org.
Sat., Dec. 16, 5-7 p.m.
